Running Plans
This service is for the experienced athlete whom has completed at least 5-10 races of the same or one distance lower. (i.e. 5k to 10k, 10k – 15k, Half to Full Marathon)
It is not preferable for Inner Fire to be creating race plans, but due to the fact there is a market for it, it is a service we do provide.
That being said, our race planning service begins with a detailed one-on-one planning session to determine the athlete’s lifestyle habits, workout availability, and experience.
A plan is then created that is specific to the individual as much as possible.
If during the planning session the coach assesses any risk to the athlete by not being supervised, the coach has the right to refuse to create the plan and a full refund will be provided.
We do not, and will not, sell generic race plans.
